Steven Chu, The Stanford Court
Always smiling, gracious, and very humble, Banquet Captain, Steven Chu is an incredible asset to the Stanford Court Hotel. He is tireless in his quest to make guests happy. Steven once overheard a guest discussing a special soda, and immediately ran to the store so he could surprise the happy customer with it. He has been known to delight guests with special “treats” throughout their stay. Steven has received several acknowledgements from Mr. Marriott’s office because guests are so overwhelmingly impressed with his hospitality that they are compelled to write to him directly to compliment him. Steven’s ability to serve and take care of people in such a genuinely gracious way inspires the entire hotel.
