Oscar Paniagua, Steinhart Hotel and Apartments
It is not often that one rises from cleaning hotel rooms to heading a department, not only that of housekeeping, but also of building maintenance. When Oscar first joined Personality Hotels, he worked as a helper in Housekeeping performing the duties of a room cleaner and those of a houseman. And then, with the passage of time, he was elevated to the position of Housekeeping Manager, a supervisory role in which he oversaw the cleanliness of the property. These days Oscar heads the Department of Building Maintenance, a responsibility demanding of one's complete faculties especially when it concerns a historic building approaching 100years in age. Almost 10 years at Personality Hotels, Oscar is still a clear example of a risen star, still rising.
