Barney has demonstrated his dedication to customer service by consistently doing more than what we and our guests' expect. Recently, our general manager received a letter from a passerby who sees Barney every morning on his way to work. This individual enthusiastically explained how impressed he was with Barney's service. Barney had given guests directions using the cable car but after he was alerted that the guests were headed in the wrong direction, the nominee leapt to action. Without a moment's hesitation, he jumped in the town car and had the driver follow the cable car. Once he was close enough, he flagged the guests down, welcomed them to the town car so they could be delivered to their final destination. As extraordinary as this story sounds, these are the types of experiences Barney creates for our guests day in and day out.
